Really enjoyed our time here. Everything was fabulous, had a VERY VERY GOOD stay for this particular visit. Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to the city centre across the river as well as Waikato stadium. We had a pretty nice bedroom.

I was almost going to give this place a decent review, but i just couldn't. The carpets were horribly dirty, and mould in the shower was a lovely touch, i must say. I expected a small complimentary bottle of water, but nothing! It's like nobody even heard of customer service here.

very quiet location. Everything had been thought about and provided(including a teapot, which isn't provided in most motels). Very friendly staff. Availability of breakfast in our room.
For the time of year the bathroom was very cold in the morning.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a shower, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was particularly good: a shopping area and a supermarket were within walking distance. There was Grey Streey Chippery nearby, offering quick meals.

The staff was accommodating during our initial check-in process.
The shower was dangerously high and slippery, and these are not conditions I would expect from any hotel. There were numerous maintenance issues including a hole in the wall, a non-functioning toilet flush button, and even a lack of smoke alarms, which raises serious safety concerns!

We loved the comfy chairs and the grand shower—made us feel right at home. It was just a pity the parking was tricky, but sure, we managed! a lovely spot to catch some z's after a busy day.

Modern clean design style used in room i.e. colour, fabric, upholstery, flooring. Understated and quality fittings and furnishings, including the bathroom - loved it all!
The bed and pillows were a little hard and unforgiving, though we understand that you 'cannot please all the people, all the time.' Also, I believe we could hear the next nearest people in their bathroom, though there was an empty unit between us and the next one? Plumbing noise travels?

Cozy stay with a nice shower
The shower was great, really refreshing! I loved having breakfast in the room. It was so convenient. Just wish the walls were a bit thicker since we could hear some noise outside, but it didn't ruin our time.
